In order to appreciate SFBC for actively promoting the Qualifications Framework (QF) and participating in the “Recognition of Prior Learning” mechanism, SFBC Chairman Mr. Milton Chan was invited by QF to attend the “Ceremony and Sharing Session for Fashion Industry” held in Xiqu Centre, West Kowloon Cultural District on 12 October 2023 (Thursday) to receive the commendation.
